Importing Sets from Excel

You can bulk-import sets from an Excel (.xlsx) file:

1. Download the import template.
2. Fill in your sets. The template has 7 columns:
   • Lego Set Id (required)
   • Category
   • Name
   • Condition
   • Description
   • Paid Price
   • Number of Sets
3. Upload the completed file.

Duplicates are detected and merged automatically, so re-importing an updated file is safe.

Exporting Sets to Excel

Export your full collection to an Excel file at any time. The export includes 15 columns, adding details such as retail value and current market value on top of the fields you imported.

Loose Parts

You can also import and export loose parts. Both CSV and XLSX formats are supported.
